Being intrigued by the phenomena of known brands being ripped off by pirate manufacturers, something deeply rooted in my culture, I decided to collect as many examples of this. Through this project I wanted to get a better insight in my own cultural background. From a western point of view in this cultural environment nobody cares about originality; the opposite of the western approach to art.
